We verify eligibility manually (typically 1 business day). Approval requires either an IRS 501(c)(3) determination letter, federal/military orders, NHS/public-health affiliation, or HRSA designation. As a 501(c)(3) ourselves, we recognize that mission-bound programs serve the patients and communities most in need.

How does the Founding Member offer work?
First 50 hospitals to claim and complete verification get the Verified tier free for 12 full months. No credit card required at signup. After month 12, your listing automatically reverts to Free unless you choose to subscribe — we don't auto-bill anyone. Spots are first-come, first-served. The current count is shown on the banner above.
Who qualifies for Mission pricing?
Federal & VA programs, U.S. military training, 501(c)(3) hospitals (with EIN verification), faith-based non-profits, NHS / public-health programs outside the U.S., and HRSA-designated critical-access or rural hospitals. Mission pricing is 50% off any paid tier, billed annually. Email claims@nrpdirectory.org with proof of qualifying status (typical turnaround: 1 business day).
What does "Featured" actually do for me?
Featured listings get four concrete things: (1) top-3 placement in any search filtered by a matching specialty + state, (2) a pinned spot on your relevant state landing page (e.g., /locations/ca for California), (3) homepage spotlight rotation (you appear in 1 of 6 spots, rotating weekly), and (4) a quarterly performance review with our team to look at search-impression and outbound-click data. Every Featured listing carries a visible "Featured" tag — paid placement is always disclosed.
Is the directory really free for nurses?
Yes — and that is the contract. There is no paywall, no signup wall, no email-gating. Listing fees from programs that opt into Verified or Featured tiers fund the directory. We will not change this.
Can a program be removed if it doesn't pay?
No. The Free tier exists permanently. Programs that don't subscribe still appear in search results and are still indexable. The paid tiers add visibility — they do not gate inclusion.
How is "Featured" placement disclosed?
Every Featured listing carries a clearly visible "Featured" tag. This is non-negotiable per our editorial standards. We disclose paid placement on every page where it appears.
Do you offer health-system-wide pricing?
Yes. Multi-program health systems (HCA, Kaiser, Trinity, Ascension, NHS Trusts) get bundled pricing — typically 35–50% off list. Contact us for a quote.
What payment methods do you accept?
Stripe (credit card, ACH for U.S. organizations) and invoiced annual billing for hospital procurement teams that prefer NET-30 terms.
